The Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County wants to wine and dine you this weekend.

On Sunday, May 19th, the organization will hold its 29th annual Gourmet Gala, its biggest fundraiser of the year.

Attendees will be able to sample food and beverages from more than 30 gourmet businesses on the grounds of Historic Lime Spring Farm.

Lancaster’s La Petite Patisserie will have french macaroons and salted caramel cupcakes on hand.

“Without history and without all of the wonderful buildings that have been restored, we wouldn’t know what our past was like,” said Donna Lussier, owner of La Petite Patisserie. “So this was a great event to participate in.”

The gala runs from 4pm-7pm at Lime Spring Farm, 2452 Marietta Ave., Lancaster.

Tickets are $85 for non-members and $75 for members.

You can buy tickets at the door, by calling 717-291-5861, e-mailing joepatterson@hptrust.org or by visiting http://www.hptrust.org.

Proceeds go towards the non-profit’s mission of preserving and protection historic properties and landmarks in Lancaster County.
