River rescue in Harrisburg

A water rescue near the Dock Street Dam in Harrisburg. Rescue crews responded at around 8:30 Thursday evening to a report of an overturned boat in the Susquehanna River. Two men were in an inflatable raft that flipped over.  The men managed to cling to the overturn craft.  They were both safely pulled from the water after about 30 minutes.
