It’s estimated the average family owns at least 24 connected devices from smartphones to tablets, computers to TVs, gaming consoles and more.  To champion family well-being, Foresters™ launched the Tech Timeout™ challenge  to encourage families to take a daily scheduled break from electronic devices and reconnect with each other. Psychologist and author Dr. Sherry Turkle explains why we need a technology timeout and how we can still function without digital devices.
