Former teacher faces sexual charge involving a student

A former teacher in Schuylkill County is charged  with Corruption of Minors.  Pennsylvania State Police say 27 year old Timothy Michael Harmer, sent multiple inappropriate sexual related text messages to a 17 year old female student between February 2, and March 23 2013.  The texts were sent at various times during that period while Harner was employed at Williams Valley High School in Tower City.
