PSU has more than $44 million in legal fees to pay

Penn State University’s bill to pay legal fees and other costs related to the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse case has now passed $44 million.  The new total, which shows costs through February, is up more than $1.5 million from its January total.  Most of the additional spending went toward the school’s legal defense and other services.
