Suspected Shooter Arrested

The main suspect in the shooting death of a Harrisburg college student killed in Scranton has been arrested in New York.  A swat team picked up Ryan Harding Tuesday night in Syracuse.  Authorities say someone spotted him and called police.  Officers believe Harding shot and killed Lackawanna College senior Rahsan Crowder near the school on May 5th.  Police have arrested three other men on charges of helping Harding get away.
