Drivers traveling along I-81 in Cumberland County got an eyeful Thursday after a man was spotted driving completely naked.
Scott David Oburn, 27, of Waynesboro, is accused of fondling himself as he drove in the southbound lanes of I-81 in Dickinson Township, according to state police.. Troopers were able to locate Oburn after receiving several complaints from passing motorists regarding the lewd act.
Oburn is charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness.
