One man arrested, another sought in ATV thefts

Two York County men face charges involving the thefts of two ATV’s, two motorcycles and a golf cart in Conewago Township.  The two motorcycles and the golf cart were stolen on May 10th.  The two ATV’s were stolen on May 22th.  All the vehicles have been recovered and retturned to their rightful owners.


Northern York County Regional arrested and took into custody 19 year old Austin Eckert.  Police have an arrest warrant for the second suspect, 19 year old Jesse Spangler.  Charges against the two men, who both live in Conewago Township,  include Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Receiving Stolen Property and Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime.


Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jesse Spangler is asked to contact Northern York County Regional Police through 911.

    Prowling at Nighttime? Is it okay to prowl in the daytime or is that just a separate crime in the Book?

    Howard, May 22th does not sound right.
