Southern Regional Police arrested a Glen Rock man after he threatened to kill officers responding to a domestic violence call. It happened at an apartment located at 33 Main Street in Glen Rock Borough. A female involved in the domestic fled the apartment. Police soon discovered that the man involved, Robert Wayne Bradshaw, 53, was wanted out of Maryland on a warrant for 2nd degree assault with weapon.

Bradshaw refused to come out and requested that officers shoot him. After speaking with officers, Bradshaw began to come around. And then he resisted arrest.

Bradshaw struggled with police officers trying to take him into custody. Bradshaw and one officer sustained minor injuries in the scuffle. During the struggle and then again at the hospital Bradshaw threatened to kill the officers and another person. He also threatened to come after an officer once he is released.

Police say Bradshaw was under the influence of alcohol last night when arrested and his BAC was well above 0.20.

Bradshaw was arraigned this morning charges of Terroristic Threats and Resisting Arrest.  Bail was set at $35,000.

Bradshaw is also charged with fugitive charges since Maryland authorities will extradite him.
