A police incident in Lancaster County. Ephrata Borough Police confirm a standoff is underway in the 800 block of West Main Street. An apartment building on the block has been evacuated. The incident began at around 3 o’clock this afternoon. Motorists are being asked to avoid Route 322 at Route 272. More to come.
