A York County man will spend 117 years in prison for committing three armed robberies in York and Harrisburg back in 2007. Tristan Green, 28, was sentenced Wednesday by U.S. District Court Judge Christopher C. Conner after a jury found Green guilty in January.  In addition to serving prison time, he must pay $217,178.45 in restitution.

According to court records, on Nov. 14, 2007, Green, and three other men, Nijul Alexander, Jami Shabazz and Jamael Stubbs, robbed the Sovereign Bank, 1442 Bannister Street, York, PA. Green and Alexander also robbed the Heritage Valley Credit Union, 777 Kings Mill Road, York, PA on Sept. 20, 2007; and on Dec. 6, 2007, Green and Alexander  robbed the Sovereign Bank, 519 South 29th Street, Harrisburg, PA. Each bank was robbed at gunpoint, according to authorities.

All four men were indicted in January of 2012.

Both Alexander and Shabazz  plead guilty and are awaiting sentencing.

Stubbs was sentenced on Wednesday to serve  12 years in prison.
