Update from Pennsylvania American Water on the Boil Water Advisory:
WEST SHORE UPDATE: Water service has been restored for nearly all affected customers, except businesses in Silver Spring Square Shopping Center. Approx. 24,000 customers experienced service disruptions, so it takes some time for our automated dialer system to contact everyone with the lengthy boil water advisory. Please see link posted previously with the notice, but we also want customers to know that it’s OK to shower. Again, water tanker is stationed at Kohl’s Dept Store lot on Carlisle Pk, and please continue to reduce any non-essential water usage until further notice. Thanks for your patience and we apologize for the convenience.
You will still have to boil your water until further notice.
