Joe Angel Caez,41, is a wanted fugitive out of Hillsborough County in Florida for parole violation stemming from a homicide charge. Caez was on the run when Lancaster City Bureau of Police received a tip from Crime Stoppers that Caez was staying somewhere in Lancaster county. Detectives found the vehicle that Caez was driving at a local Canadiana Motor Inn on Lincoln Highway East. Caez is being charged as fugitive from Justice and is being commited taken into custody and is now in the Lancaster County Prison with a one million dollar bail pending transportation back to Florida.
