A Virginia man, wanted for the alleged rape of a 12 year old girl,  is behind bars after his extradition to Pennsylvania.   38 year old Roger Valdez was extradited from Arlington, Virginia to Lebanon County  by Palmyra Police and Lebanon County Sheriff’s Office.  Investigators say Valdez communicated with the child via the internet.   Last April he traveled from his Virginia home to the girls home in Lebanon County.  He picked the girl up and took her to the Dutch Motel, in the 500 block of East Main Street, Palmyra, where he allegedly had sex with her multiple times.  Police learned of the incident the next day.

With the assistance of the FBI and Arlington County Police, Valdez was taken into custody without incident.  Charges against Valdez include Rape of a Child less than 13, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child and Indecent Assault of a Child.

After his  arraignment, Valdez was sent to Lebanon County Prison in lieu of $1.5 million bail.

Involuntary? I guess he was forced by the girl to drive here or maybe Satan made him do it.
