Warrant issued for suspected prowler in Cumberland County

Police in Cumberland County are seeking the  public’s help in tracking down a suspected prowler who attempted to break into a woman’s home early Tuesday morning. It happened June 4 at a home located along the 500 block of Ohio Avenue in Lemoyne.

The woman called police on June 5 after reviewing surveillance footage that showed a man attempting to break into her home through the back door.  After reviewing the video footage, officers have identified the man as 28-year-old Travis Dillon Doerr

Police say Doerr was just released from prison in May. He is on parole for similar incidents that took place in Lemoyne and Camp Hill in 2011 and 2012.

Doerr faces numerous charges including criminal attempt to commit trespass and  loitering and prowling at nighttime.
