A reward up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted for attempted homicide in Lancaster City. Bryan Ramos-Duque, 18, of Lancaster, is accused of shooting another man along the 300 block of North Franklin Street on May 31

Police say Ramos-Duque shot the man in the torso during a fight. The victim was taken to Lancaster General Hospital for treatment.

Ramos-Duque fled the area on foot ans has been on the run since.

Detectives say Ramos-Duque should be considered armed and dangerous and has ties to the Harrisburg area.
