Lancaster City Police identify victim in fatal shooting

Lancaster City Police confirm the victim in Wednesday night’s fatal shooting is 38 year old Titus Eugent Gant.  The shooting happened at around 10:15 pm in the 100 block of Nevin Street.  So far no arrests in the case.  The investigation continues.
