The heart of Celtic culture can be found this weekend at Mount Hope Estate in Lancaster County.

The three-day festival took place this past weekend ending today, celebrating all things Celtic. Whether you are Welsh, Irish, or another Celtic heritage it was a time to be proud. The 15th annual Celtic fling was full of music from traditional bag pipes, Celtic rock bands, and loads more. The festival also showcased the traditional Highland games competition, which contestants showed off feats of strength in the shot put, Scottish hammer throw and the caber toss.

People Attending could also learn about the Celtic history, tradition and culture. There was plenty of food and drinks there including famous dishes like haggis, Corned beef and cabbage and Scottish eggs. Homemade ales and mead were also on hand.
