Police are warning of yet another scam aimed at bilking you out of your money. This one comes in the guise of a letter supposedly from US Airlines.  The letter says that the recipient has won two airline tickets valued at various denominations.  The letter then instructs the recipient to call a number to claim the tickets.

The Northern York County Regional Police Department has received numerous complaints over the last week concerning this mailing.  Nobody reports losing any money or personal information as a result.

Police advise citizens not to respond to the letter.  A simple Google search of this letter shows that it is being distributed across the United States.  US Airlines does not even exist.  This is a phishing scam designed to obtain personal information from recipients.
