A disruptive fan was escorted out of the 2nd Annual LeSean McCoy Charity Softball Game last Saturday, and that was just the start of the boorish behavior. Police say Matthew Koresko, 29, of Norristown, was creating a disturbance in the right field seats. Koresko was warned by a Lancaster City Police Officer who was working at the game to stop what he was doing. Instead, police say Koresko swore at the officer and other people in the crowd. At that point, Koresko was told told leave.

Koresko walked up the steps to the concourse and stopped. He was repeatedly told to leave and refused. When police arrested him, people in the crowd cheered. That did not sit well with Koresko’s brother, Jonathan Koresko, 25, of Lancaster. He yelled at people cheering in the crowd and soon was in a fight with Zachary Keene, 27, of Lancaster. Keene and Jonathan Koresko traded fisticuffs. Deanna Shudy, 26, of Lancaster, was attending the game with the same group of people as Keene. She hit Jonathan Koresko with a cell phone, causing a laceration to his head.

Officers detained the three men involved in the fracas. Matthew Koresko and Zachary Keene were cited with Disorderly Conduct and released at the scene. Jonathan Koresko was transported to Lancaster General Hospital for treatment of his laceration was released at the hospital. He was also cited with Disorderly Conduct. His citation was filed, not issued.
Deanna Shudy was identified at the scene and is being charged with Simple Assault following additional investigation. She will be charged on a Summons. All of the charges are before MDJ Roth.
