An Ephrata man is arrested twice in one day. Police arrested Tristan M. Adams, 24,  around 7:35 a.m. after receiving a complaint about a man urinating in a parking lot at an apartment complex along Oriel Drive in Ephrata Township.

Witnesses told officers that he exposed himself to a female in the parking lot.  Adams was found to be intoxicated and was  taken into custody for public drunkenness, police said.

He was released around 9:45 a.m. to a friend.

Officers arrested him again around 12:10 p.m. at the Ephrata Walmart for shoplifting.

Police say Adams stole approximately $75 worth of items and was apprehended by a Walmart Loss Prevention employee as he exited the store.

Adams was subsequently arrested for retail theft.
