Amtrak resumes Keystone Service between Harrisburg and Lancaster.  Service had been suspended to the butane fueled fire involving several  freight cars near Mount Joy in Rapho Township Lancaster County.  The westbound train through through the affected area is train 649 which left Philadelphia at approximately 4:45 pm.  The first east bound train through the affected area is train 656 departed Harrisburg at around 5:35 pm.

Amtrak expects a full schedule of normal service on Wednesday.

Passengers who have paid but choose not to travel due to the service disruption can receive a refund or a voucher for future travel. Some tickets booked online that have not yet been printed can be modified or canceled on Amtrak.com or by using the free Amtrak mobile app.
