Franklin County pastor in court for child porn

A preliminary hearing for a Franklin county pastor facing child pornography charges was waived Tuesday morning.  Keith Bell of Shippensburg is the pastor of Upper Strasburg Church of God.  Police say Bell downloaded and shared a number of files that show images of children engaged in sexually graphic acts and poses.  Officers seized four laptops and other electronic media from his home.  Bell told agents he used the program they accused him of having but only to download music for his daughter’s wedding.  Bell’s case now goes to the common pleas court.
