Northern York County Regional Police respond to a call early Monday morning of a burglary in process and arrest a York City man.  It happened just after midnight at a business in the 200 block of Emig Road in Manchester Township.  When officers arrived on the scene they saw a red Dodge pickup parked in the rear lot of the business.  They also came upon 49 year old Javier Soto-Soto loading scrap metal into the rear of the trunk.

Soto had allegedly broken into a secure trailer and removed scrap metal and an electric pump.  Additional scrap metal had also been collected from around the building. Value of the stolen property is estimated at $800.

Charges against Soto-Soto include Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property and Possessing Instruments of Crime.  Police say their investigation continues.
