An Allentown man is in York County Prison on drug possession charges. 32 year old Mark Anthony Lugo was arrested Tuesday, July 2, by members of the York City Police Vice and Narcotics Unit. it happened in the 1100 block of Loucks Road. Police also seized $10,000 worth of heroin.
