A Mount Holly Springs woman faces charges of embezzling over $61,000 from her business partnership. North Middleton Township Police arrested 50 year old Tracy Guttshall just before 2 o’clock Wednesday afternoon at Tease Hair Design in the 1500 block of Spring Road.
The arrest stemmed from a complaint filed by her business partner. An investigation revealed that Guttshall had stolen the money over a three year period from January 2010 to May 2013.
Charges against Guttshall include Money Laundering, Theft by Deception, Fraudulent Business Practices, Theft by Failure to Make Required Disposition of Funds Received and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence.
