State Police say a woman left her pet Jack Russell Terrier in her car in 90 degree heat while she went shopping. It happened about 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon at a Walmart in northern Dauphin County.  83 year old Phyllis Lubold, of Herndon, left a window cracked. She was inside the store for about 40 minutes. .

A person saw the unattended dog and called police. Lubold was charged with Animal Cruelty.
