He has a golden arm and a huge heart. Jacob Karam plays quarterback for Memphis University. When he’s not studying plays, he can sometimes be found playing piano and visiting sick children at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. The team had no idea he was making the visits until one of the patients and their family put the video of Karam on the internet.
