State Police are investigating an arson fire in Perry County. It happened at the Mummau Estate on the 3400 block of Susquehanna Trail in Watts Township. The fire is described as a fast-moving garage fire that spread to the roof of the vacant house. Only the quick work of firefighters spared the destruction of the first and second floors of the home.
The house has been empty for 15 years and there is no utility service. Anyone with information is asked to call State Police at 717-249-2121. Any tips will be kept confidential.
