A 24 year old Lancaster County man is accused of deliberating setting a fire that damaged a home in Landisville. It happened at about 9:03 pm on June 18, 2014. West Hempfield Township Police say Zachary Michael Tersak, forced his way into the home along the 1600 block of Stanley Avenue through the interior garage door.
His allegedly set the home on fire to cover a burglary. Tersak was arrested and charged today with Arson, Burglary and Criminal Mischief.
