Bridgestone‘s “Teens Drive Smart Video Contest” just wrapped up, and a Harrisburg-area student made the top 10! Tosh Chambers’ video, called “Technically Almost Legal,” talks about practices people should avoid while driving. The public was able to vote on Tosh’s video and 9 others as their favorite. The top 3 students receive scholarships: first place receives $25,000, second place receives $15,000 and third place receives $10,000 for college.
