Armed robbery at Dauphin County truck stop

Pennsylvania State Police say a man armed with a handgun robbed the Exit 77 Travel Plaza in Dauphin County.   It happened about 3:37 Monday afternoon at the busy plaza along the 7800 block of Linglestown Road in West Hanover Township.

The bandit walked into the plaze store, pointed a gun at a cashier and demanded money.  The suspect ran away with cash, headed toward North Fairville Avenue.  The wore a grey hooded sweatshirt and had his face covered with a black mask.

    If this is the same robbery it actually happened on Sunday afternoon and the suspect was apprehended. My husband was a witness and instrumental in providing the state police with information that aided them in capturing the person.
