ENJOY IT!:  Sunday was wonderful weather-wise and today will be another beauty with one final day of sunshine and fall like air thanks to high pressure.  Highs today will hit the upper 70s and dry weather prevails with low humidity and just a handful of clouds.  Evening plans look good too.  Tonight, we cloud up and temps drop to the low 60s.  A tiny chance for rain returns around daybreak.

RAIN CHANCES RETURN:  A tricky pattern sets up keeping rain chances in the forecast for the remainder of the week.  An upper low will sit to our northwest, which will eject waves of energy aloft.  This boils down to rain chances each day through Friday, with a tough shot at correctly timing things.  Here’s the best estimate.

Tuesday, there’s a chance for some showers and storms during the day.  We’re in the upper 70s and clouds hold temps in check.  Wednesday, a front looks to slide through, which should give us a better chance of seeing rain and storms.  Highs will be near 80°.  Thursday, the front slides out but we’re not clear yet.  Rain chances are smaller but still in the cards.  Highs should touch the middle 80s with more sun, less rain, and a nudge in warmer air from the south.  Friday, a low develops to our south and moves into the state.  Expect rain chances to ramp up during the day with clouds and highs in the low 80s.  The rain ends overnight into early Saturday.  It’s going to be muggy during the week too.

WEEKEND:  For now, it looks like the rain will end by about daybreak Saturday, with clouds slowly breaking up.  Highs will hit the middle 80s with a slow drop in humidity.  Sunday is looking mainly sunny with highs in the mid 80s and drier air spilling into the state.

Have an awesome Monday!
