UPDATE:
The ramp from southbound Interstate 83 to Route 295 in Conewago Township reopened shortly after noon after a car fire closed it around 11 a.m.
ORIGINAL REPORT:
An exit ramp along I-83 south in York County is shut down after a car burst into flames. It happened shortly after 11 a.m. at Exit 28 (Strinestown) in Conewago Township.
Firefighters are on the scene but it remains unclear if anyone was hurt.
The ramp from I-83 south to Route 295 (Susquehanna Trail North) is currently closed to traffic.
