Upper Allen Police say a Maryland man stopped for a traffic violation got himself into more trouble by providing false information. Mark Louie Durah Reyes, 25, of Greenbelt, MD, was pulled over on US Route 15 at 2:40am Sunday. Reyes gave police his passenger’s driver’s license to avoid being prosecuted for driving while his operating privileges were suspended. He was arrested at the scene and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing on charges of False Identification to Law Enforcement and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended. Charges against Reyes will be filed at Magisterial District Judge Mark Martin’s office.
