SUMMER WARMTH:  We’re under the warm and humid regime for another two days, but we’ll see some energy arrive today and a front tomorrow that will add clouds and the chance for rain to the forecast.

Today, expect morning fog to give way to intervals of sunshine and clouds.  We’ll see highs hit the mid to upper 80s with a good amount of mugginess.  Showers and storms look minimal, but are possible later in the day.  Rain chances are a bit higher overnight, but most will stay dry.

Thursday, expect another warm and muggy day with mid 80s in the mix.  We’re partly to mostly cloudy.  A front approaches along with some energy aloft riding in from the south.  This could help storms fire through the day.  The front passes overnight into Friday morning which should clear the rain by daybreak Friday.

Humidity

TRANQUILITY:  As the front passes early, we’ll see partly cloudy skies gradually give way to sunshine for the day on Friday.  It’s a bit breezy as a cooler, drier air mass slips in from the northwest.  We’re back in the low 80s for highs.

WEEKEND:  Saturday and Sunday look to be the best days of the next seven, as high pressure settles in for the weekend.  We’ll be in the low 80s both days with Saturday the coolest.  Expect plenty of sunshine and dry, low humidity air.  Enjoy!

Cooler Weekend

NEXT WEEK:  Expect the tranquil pattern to continue, but we’ll slowly see the temps rise to the mid 80s for Monday and Tuesday.  As the high breaks down and shifts east, we’ll slowly see the return of humidity and even a small rain chance for mid week.

Happy Wednesday!
