A Schuylkill County borough council decided the fate of controverisal Police Chief Mark Kessler.
His office suspended Kessler for the past month following some wild videos he had posted online, and now that suspension is indefinite without pay.
Three days ago – the Police Chief posted another video this time it featured clown targets.
In the most recent video he named his clown target Eric and Danny – which just so happen to be names of men on the Gilberton Borough Bouncil.
