School is back in session for kids all across central Pennsylvania, but now is a great time for adults to head back to the classroom as well. A recent survey shows the reason many people choose not to head back, though, is because they don’t know how to pay for it. Clare Levison, financial expert and certified public accountant, talks to FOX43 about how to manage the financial impact of being a student again.
