NASA’s Voyager spacecraft leaves the solar system

nasaNASA’s Voyager spacecraft has been traveling for 36 years.

After flying through space for more than 12 billion miles, it is the first human-made object to venture outside of our solar system and into interstellar space.

Voyager Project scientist, Dr. Ed Stone, joined the FOX43 morning team to talk about Voyager’s new journey.
