FOX43 Morning News catches up with Lancaster Barnstormers outfielder Jerry Owens and pitcher Dwayne Pollok. Owens was named Atlantic League Co-Player of the Month for August, while Pollok takes home Pitcher of the Month.
Owens had a .387 batting average last month, including one home run, 21 runs scored, and 10 stolen bases. Pollok was undefeated for the month, going 6-0 with a 1.77 ERA. He struck out 25 batters while only giving up five walks and eight total runs.
