That’s the new campaign for the Pennsylvania Prostate Cancer Coalition.
It kicked off the new campaign at the state capitol today.
The campaign is a response to the failure of the Affordable Care Act to include prostate cancer testing in its list of essential health benefits.
This means that men who purchase health insurance on the new exchange will have to pay 100% of the cost of prostate cancer testing.
The coalition’s mission is to raise awareness and educate men in Pennsylvania about prostate cancer.
