A 29 year old Megan’s Law sex offender from York County is captured by U.S. Marshals in Oklahoma.  Lisha Marie Ingram was convicted in Maryland of a 2nd degree sex offense involving sexual child abuse in September 2005.  Upon her conviction she was required to register as a sex offender for life.  Ingram relocated to Pennsylvania following her conviction but in early 2012, she failed to register her home address with Penn Township Police.

On September 11, 2013, Penn Township Police requested assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force in locating Ingram.  During the evening hours on Monday, September 23, Ingram was located at a home in the 1800 block of Boomer Road in Stillwater, Oklahoma.  She was arrested without incident.   She is expected to be returned to Pennsylvania following an extradition hearing.
