Three people are facing charges after they stole five goats from a Franklin County man on Sept. 16, state police said.
Eric Tyler Rosche, 20, of Middletown, Samantha Rae Scott, 18, of Highspire and a 17-year-old juvenile from Highspire are each facing theft charges.
According to police reports, the trio stole the goats during the early morning hours from the 20000 block of Doyelstown Road in Fannett Township.
Afterwards the suspects took the goats to the Greencastle livestock auction where they attempted to auction them off for money, state troopers said.
The trio confessed to stealing the livestock after the victim was able to identify his goats.
