A 17 year old Lancaster boy is charged with DUI and other offenses in connection with a hit and run crash over the weekend. It happened at about 11:35 pm Saturda in the 400 block of South Farmersville Road on Saturday in West Earl Township.
Township police say a vehicle ran off the road and struck a fence. The driver left the scene, but was spotted by responding officers who conducted a traffic stop. The juvenile was discovered to have a blood alcohol content of 0.16%. He was not injured.
