State Capitol fountain dyed pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month

First Lady Susan Corbett helped kick off Breast Cancer Awareness month in Harrisburg today.

The first lady joined the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition to turn the War Veterans Memorial Fountain pink.

The organization dyes the Capitol Fountain pink each October to remind the public of the importance of early breast cancer detection and treatment.

The PA Breast Cancer Coalition is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
