It’s just another sign of the times changing. Apparently some brides-to-be are offering to split the cost of their engagement ring.
The website “the knot,” polled people on whether it’s a good idea to share the cost of a ring, and the results were surprisingly not one-sided.
Those in favor of splitting the cost are primarily couples who are already sharing some financial responsibilities. However, as expected, the majority of people surveyed preferred the old fashioned way.
