On 10/03/13 at 8:50AM, troopers observed Williams standing on the corner of West King and N. Hartley Streets. They kept visual contact with Williams. As the lead vehicle stopped next to Williams he attempted to turn and run as a trooper pulled his vehicle onto the sidewalk blocking his escape. Williams was placed into custody and housed in the York County Prison pending extradition back to Baltimore.
