Robbery at Gap Citgo Truck stop in Lancaster County

State Police in Lancaster are investigating a robbery that took place at a truck stop in Sadsbury Township.

Police say that around 1:00AM, the Gap Citgo Truck stop located at 54 Route 41, was held up by three males. The gas station clerk told police that  3 to four young men entered the store and one of them put a gun to his head and demanded money. The clerk gave them money from the cash register. Before leaving the store the men took other retail items.

Responding officers looked around the area for the young men and they located and took into custody a 17-year-old. After additional investigation, police were able to identify and arrest two additional sixteen year old. The investigation also led them to the reported stolen items, the weapon and clothes that were used during the robbery.

All men are being charged with Robbery and other related offenses. They were all arraigned and taken to Lancaster County Prison after they failed to post bail.
