Police say a stolen credit card led to the arrests of three suspects in a crime spree in Ephrata area. The crime spree from July 14, 2013 to July 15, 2013 involved a stolen vehicle and theft from approximately 20 other vehicles.

Detectives cracked the case when a suspect, identified as Diana Vargas, 22, used a credit card stolen from one of the vehicles. Two other suspects 22 year old Jarrod Parsons and 19 year old Miguel Zavala were quickly identified and arrested.  All three suspects are from Reading.

All three suspects confessed to the crimes. Charges against the trio include Criminal Conspiracy and Theft from Motor Vehicle.  Vargas was also charged with Access Device Fraud. Zavala is also charged with Theft of Motor Vehicle.

Ephrata Police say their investigation continues and more arrests are expected.
