Around 2:45 Sunday afternoon, police in Penn Township, York County, near Hanover, responded to the 100 block of Amanda Avenue for reports of an attempted child abduction.

Police tell FOX43 they have a suspect. He is a white male within the age range of 20-40 years, with a shaved head, and he was believed to be wearing a gray or white t-shirt. Police also believe that the suspect is driving a dark green van, possibly a Ford E-series with a dirty appearance. The van appeared to be rusting at the bottom.
